INTRODUCTION
In preparation for Training, this guide will provide you with prescribed activities to
walkthrough on your own and at your own pace prior to participating in Training. This guide
provides you with activities to complete in the Workday AMU tenant (a false university with
fake characters).
Thank you and have fun exploring and learning!
Access the Workday AMU tenant by clicking on the link below. Enter your User ID and
Password to log in as Erin Rudesill, a fake employee.

Password: WD2017!
The Workday Practice section provides you with basic navigation activities as well as specific
activities that will help you understand what an employee’s role and tasks may be for an
initial orientation to the Workday Project. The goal of this section is to have you become
familiar with both the navigation in Workday as well as with specific tasks you will be
responsible for navigating. This is NOT formal training. That will be coming in June 2017,
stay tuned!
