ELIGIBILITY FOR STANDARD OF PLAY
CATEGORY B: Players with competitive experience and medium league players. A suitable guide would be
players competing at Division 2 standard or just below.
CATEGORY C1: Lower league and regular club players. A suitable guide would be lower league, regular and
competitive centre users.
CATEGORY C2: Strictly for recreational players with less than one year badminton experience and casual centre
users.

Categories B, C1, and C2 will use feather shuttlecocks
All categories will be played using the new scoring system. (RPS)
County and league players will have to play in their respective categories.
All participants to register at the time stated. All finals will be played on the day. The format of play and time table
will be finalised after entry closing date subject to number of entries.
Self assessment for all categories will be respected but the organiser reserves the right to penalise the offending
Team with disqualification from the event if entered in-correct category. (No refunds)
Notification of the score is the responsibility of the winning team. The results will only be accepted on official score
slip.
Participants must be available to play when called. If unavailable when called team will forfeit that game. Please be
available for your games!
The organisers reserve’s the right to refuse entries, change, amalgamate, or cancel events/categories due to low or
high entries.
Players that have played in international tournaments or are ranked county top 50 are not allowed to enter the
tournament
BSM, Games 4 All, Heartlands Academy or any sponsors are not liable for any loss or damages to
property/properties or injuries to person or persons during the event.
