party cabana VENUE fees

Rate is for up to 30 guests. Please add $10 for each additional guest. Children below the
age of 2 are free of charge.
Food and beverage purchase is required. Rental entitles you to a dedicated Cabana with
tables and chairs, a Party Host, food service table and one Cake/Gift Table.
Parties are allotted (2) two hours swim time and (1) one hour food service and cake
ceremony. Additional swim time may be purchased, based on space availability.

Party Bags: Party bags are welcome as long as they are
handed out to children at the end of the party.
Party Availability and Deposit: All party requests are
subject to approval and availability. Once your request is
approved, a $250 non-refundable depost is required to
secure the date and Cabana space.
A contract and food order is required at the time of
your deposit. FInal head count and menu additions
are due 14 days prior to the event. Additions to the
menu will not be accepted on the event day. There is a
Cafe available on site for additional food purchase. Full
payment must be received 7 days prior to the event.
All Cabana Parties must be booked no later than 3
weeks prior to the event date. Parties booked outside
this time frame will be subject to menu availability.
Decorations: You are welcome to bring your own
decorations. However, we do not allow confetti and/
or streamers. All decorations must come down and be
disposed of properly at the end of your event.
All food and beverage must be provided by Kroc Center
Hawaii with the exception of the cermonial cake or cupcakes.
Please provide the paper goods for the cake service.
Refrigeration is not available.
Swim Only Parties available upon request and based
on availability.
