EASY DRIVER: Spin & Win! All approved vehicle purchases through Easy Driver during the promotional period
will give the purchaser the right to spin the lucky wheel and win one of the below prizes as shown on the Lucky
Wheel.
The promotion is open to all customers who purchase a vehicle from Easy Driver within the promotional period of
1st February 2016 8:30am to the 31st March by 5pm.
The offer: Fully complete the purchase of a vehicle from Easy Driver and you will get the opportunity to Spin the
Wheel and Win one of these great prizes. These prizes include
$500 cashback on the purchased vehicle
$1000 cashback on the purchased vehicle
New S6 Samsung Galaxy Phone
$500 Grocery Voucher
For customers completing their purchase at the Easy Driver Car Yard in Manukau (Auckland), the promotional format
will allow that customer to spin the “Winning Wheel” themselves in front of and verified by a nominated employee(s) of Easy Driver at an agreed time.
For those customers who do not complete their purchase at the Easy Driver car yard in Manukau (Auckland) a nominated employee (s) from Easy Driver will spin the “Winning Wheel” on their behalf. This will be videoed and relayed
to the customer when completing the purchase at their Instant Finance™ branch as proof of participation and confirmation of prize won.
General Conditions
1. The Promoter is Easy Driver Ltd.
2. By entering this promotion, participants are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of
entry.
3. The promotion and offers will commence on 1st February 2016 8:30am and end on 31st March 2016 by 5pm
4. All prizes that are available at the time of spinning will be able to be redeemed immediately. Those prizes not
immediately available will be couriered to the prize winner, at the address they have stated, within 1 week of the
promotional event (The spinning of the prize wheel). Those prize winners living outside of Auckland, will have their
prizes couriered within 1 working week to an agreed mainland New Zealand address only.
5. Once received, these prizes become the property and the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. All participants and entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
7. Intent to purchase will not be considered a full and final purchase and therefore will not be deemed as an eligible
action to enter this promotion.
8. Instant Finance™ Ltd and any of its related companies (Including Easy Driver) shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of the
purchaser accepting the offers as stipulated in the promotion of the Easy Driver car yard and its vehicles, except any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Instant Finance™ Ltd collects and its related companies hold certain details of your personal information for the
purposes of these promotions. You have the right to access and correct your personal information under the Privacy
Act 1993.
10. The promoter reserves to withdraw any vehicle from the promotion without notice.
11. By accepting the prizes all participants acknowledge that their photo may be used for promotional purposes
including display on the Easy Driver or Instant Finance™ website.
