Fashion Show on Tuesday, May 10, 2016
I will participate in all practices prior to the show, (dates to be scheduled). I also
agree to go and be fitted for my own outfit for the show. I agree to be available by
400PM for the girls and 5:00PM for the boys the evening of the show.
I agree to return the outfit in the condition I received it. If for some reason I am
unable to participate, I will give the Big “L” Club two weeks notice.
