1. The Marist Albion Touch Committee has the right to place teams in appropriate grades at its discretion. The committee reserves the right to set playing dates and competition format. 2. Alterations to the team where new players are joining (injury, or player pulled out) can be queried but Marist Albion Touch Committee will make the final decision. 3. You may play as many games as you please on the night as long as you are registered with those teams, points will be deducted for unregistered players. 4. For finals week players must be registered the day before finals and have played a minimum of 3 rounds in order to participate. 5. DRESS – All players must play in the same coloured tops. 2 weeks grace will be given to sort uniforms, after this period for each week that the uniform does not meet the standard points will be deducted from the team’s total. 6. Shoes are to be worn at all time during the game. Players are encouraged to wear proper touch shoes to reduce the risk of injury. No shoes with metal screws in or metal studs or cleats are to be worn. 7. No jewellery is to be worn (studs earrings and wedding bands to be taped) & long nails should be cut or covered. 8. CANCELLATIONS will be on the Touch Canterbury Website and the Marist Albion Touch Series Facebook page. 9. Mixed Grade – A minimum of 3 females should be on the field at all times, although you may play as many females as you like on the field at any one time. A touchdown is worth one point for male and female. 10. A minimum of 4 players must be on the field at all times. Failing to do so will result in a default for that team. 11. If any team is short on players you may borrow another team’s player but you will have to default the game for a “friendly game” meaning you miss out on any points given for that game. (This does not include players who are registered in multiple teams). 12. All team members in the men’s grade must be male. 13. Subbing on and off the field must be made in the sub box at all times during the game (In between the 10m line and the halfway line) failure to do so can result in game penalties. 14. Discipline & Player Conduct – players who continually breach the playing rules are liable for dismissal. Team captains are responsible for the conduct of their players in their respective teams and should be aware that undisciplined players are disruptive to the spirit of the game and will not be tolerated. 15. Disciplinary actions will be taken for any player who is sent from the field. 16. Points – awarded for games are as follows, Win 3 points, Draw 2 points, and Loss 1 point. Default of game 0 (all as per NZTA rule book). 17. An updated Draw and Points table will be posted on the Touch Canterbury website and the Harringtons Breweries Marist Albion Touch Series Facebook page. 18. Prizes – all grades receive the same value prizes. 19.
