Metro Women’s Soccer League Intra-Club Permit (ICP) Rules for using the ICP 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. The purpose of the ICP is for the development of players within a Club. The ICP can only be used to bring up players on a single game basis, from a Club team playing in a lower Division, to a Club team playing in a higher Division, as spelled out in the MWSL Operating Rules (Section 3.8) The ICP can only be used to bring up players who are registered in the MWSL and does not apply to players who are registered on a Youth team from within the same Club. ICP's are for use in League games only. ICP's cannot be used in Cup games. There is no limit to the number of times a player can be brought up on an ICP during a season. A maximum of 5 players may be brought up for any one game. Players cannot play on a Club team in a lower Division using this form. Players on a higher Division team wishing to play on a lower Division team must use an official BC Soccer Transfer Form as per BC Soccer's - Rules and Regulations Rule 7. There is no fee for use of this form. Two (2) copies of this form must be given to the Referee before the start of the game. Players playing up on an ICP must present their MWSL I.D. cards to the referee for inspection.
