Be + the past participle
A cinema will be built.
A cinema was built.
A cinema is built.
A cinema is going to be built
Etc.
 We use it to focus on the process or result of an actions rather than the
agent (or when the agent are people in general).
 There are a few verb describing events or actions which often use get
instead of be in passive sentences.
Get married, get stuck, get involved, …
 We can mention the agent in a passive sentence using the preposition by.
We can use with to talk about an object.
 We can find passives in many newspaper reports. The verb be/get is often
left out in headlines.
