Get in great shape and build your endurance in one of the YMCA’s cycling classes! The ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie
burning workout! We will guide you through the ride of your life. If you can ride a bike, you can cycle!
ADDITIONAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ARMS AND ABS
A great work out to target those “trouble zones.” The instructors
lead you through specific moves to target the arms and abs using
free weights.
T’AI CHI
This class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused
manner and accompanied by deep breathing in accordance to Chinese
tradition.
POWER ABS
20 minutes of fast-pace abs, abs, and more abs!
