The ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie burning workout! We will guide you through the ride of your life. If you can ride a bike, you can cycle! ADDITIONAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS ARMS AND ABS A great work out to target those “trouble zones.” The instructors lead you through specific moves to target the arms and abs using free weights. T’AI CHI This class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing in accordance to Chinese tradition.
