Eligibility Criteria
 Principals of schools across India are eligible to apply provided the school has atleast one batch of students who
have appeared in the Class 10 Exams
 The Principal should have atleast 3 years of experience as a Head Master /Principal (as on September 10, 2016)
and should be currently serving as Principal of a school
 The final eligibility of the Principal will be subject to the discretion of the Awards Management / Jury
Guidelines for Completion of the Form
 Form should be filled in English only
 The font type & size to be used is Calibri 11 (Line Spacing-1.0)
 Principals may choose to nominate themselves in more than one award category. Section 1 is mandatory for all
applicants. For Section 2, complete the following questions basis categories applied for:
o Excellence in Inclusive Education: Q3
o Excellence in Pedagogy: Q1 + Q4
o Excellence in Use of Innovative Technology: Q1
o Excellence in Academics: Q2 + Q4
 Incomplete forms maybe disqualified
 The information filled in this Nomination Form will be treated as confidential and will be used only for the
purpose of this Award
 Please restrict to the word limit mentioned for the subjective questions in this form. Information exceeding the
word limit may not be considered for evaluation
 It is mandatory for applicants to fill the Declaration Form (duly signed by the school Principal and attested with
school stamp) and attach scanned copy of the same along with this form. Any forms received without the
declaration are subject to disqualification
