Please Note: Some leagues have set different deadlines. ASA’s club assigned VYSA registrar has permission to alter the
deadline dates. Please refer ONLY to this chart for rostering deadlines.
**Important Note:
Many tournaments are now requiring electronic (submitting via email) tournament registration. Often the electronic
tournament registration date is usually a week to 10 days prior to the tournament. If your team plans to register
electronically for your first tournament (check with your team tournament coordinator/team manager) you will need to
find out the tournament electronic registration date and count back two weeks to determine when to submit your
roster.
Continuing with this example if you plan to play in the DMV Premier Cup (Sept 3-5) which has an electronic
registration deadline of August 26th you will need to submit your roster to the club/VYSA by August 10th. Plan ahead!
