Eligible metered usage elements include 1+, toll-free, conferencing excluding taxes, surcharges, MRC charges,
directory assistance or any other add-on charges or fees. Usage bonus capped at 2x usage MMR (Minimum
Monthly Revenue) contracted on usage components only. Must bill $500/T1 avg. per end user for bonus
eligibility.

Requires SPR approval (Special Pricing Request). Capped at $100,000 of revenue eligible for transfer bonus.

New logos only - defined as an end user with no WCS services in prior 180 days from date of sale
Bonus paid on 3rd month commission statement. i.e. 9/1-9/30 sales paid on 11/30/2012 payout
All wholesale or any account receiving special pricing are not eligible for promotion.
Metered usage is paid based on billings from 2nd full month (3rd actual) invoice from activation date.
Chargeback period applies over term of NSA/SAA. If Customer fails to fulfill entire term or contract
commitments, bonus will be recovered. Bonuses paid on non-payment accounts will be recovered.
Customer must be current on all bills and be in full compliance with NSA/SAA for bonus to apply.
12 month term contract required for LD T-1 and 24 month term contract required for Local T-1/PRI.
This promotion may not be combined with special product promotions. Restrictions apply.
NSA & completed Service Order must be received by WCS by 12/30/2012 5PM to be bonus eligible.
Bonuses over $10,000/Customer will be subject to review and approval in advance by WCS for eligibility.
WCS will have final decision on all disputes or eligibility qualification decisions.

OTHER DETAILS:
The mission of the Goal Line Blitz promotion is to (a) bonus new customer acquisition through up-front, one
time payments and (b) to reward Channel Partners for longer term contracts and higher volume agreements.
WCS is offering up to twice the net effective metered usage under contract as a basis for applying the bonus.
Below is an example of how this calculation is performed on contract with both MRC’s and metered usage
across multiple products with a timetable for payment.
Assume a VAR signs a new logo Customer on 10/15/2012 and submits three order s for a new customer with a
new 36 month SAA with a $3,000 MMR commitment:
1. networkWCS PRI with $450 MRC plus $150 estimated LMS and 1+ usage
2. networkWCS LD circuit with $300 MRC access loop and $3,000 estimated LD 1+ & toll-free usage
3. Paetec Resale PRI for $500 MRC with $200 of estimated LMS and LD 1+ usage.
BONUS CALCULATION: VAR would be paid as follows assuming 30 calendar day install:

Installed on 11/15/2012 and 1st WCS invoice : 12/1/2012. 3rd WCS invoice is 2/1/2013
On 3rd month’s invoice (2/1/2013) the client bills as follows:
