The eQuestions service allows you to submit a question
about anything related to one of the subjects covered by
the eTutoring service. The question can be short or long,
specific or general. However, you should provide enough
information so that the tutor knows how to answer your
question as effectively as possible. A tutor will respond
within 48 hours (usually sooner).
To submit a question, Click on the “eQuestions” link and
click the Post a New Question button. First, indicate the
subject of your question so that it will be sent to a tutor
with the proper expertise.



Accounting
Anatomy & Physiology
Biology
Calculus
Chemistry
Math
Writing
Depending on the subject, you may have to provide extra information so the tutor can
better answer your question. Click Submit Your eQuestion when you are finished.
When a tutor responds to your eQuestion, you will see a notification when you first log
in. Click the eQuestions link.
In the list on the next screen, click the topic to see the response to your question.
Remember that tutors will not answer
your homework questions for you!
Always show your work and explain

eWriting Lab
The eWriting Lab is where you can submit papers for review. You are allowed to submit
a paper up to three (3) times. Papers can be for any class. A tutor will respond within
24 to 48 hours.
Tutors will not simply proofread your paper to correct every error. Rather,
tutors identify patterns of errors or weaknesses and explain how to make
improvements to your writing.
When you click the “eWriting Lab” link, you will see the following:
Click Submit a New Writing Assignment for a paper that
you have not previously submitted to eTutoring. If you
have revised a paper for which you already received
feedback from eTutoring, click Submit a 2nd or 3rd Draft.
Click View Writing Assignments Archive if you want to
look at your previously submitted papers and feedback.
When you submit a new writing assignment, you will need
to provide information about the assignment. This allows
the tutor to give you the most helpful feedback. When
you have entered the information, you must upload your
paper. Click the Choose File button to locate the paper in
your computer.
Get a text message when
your eQuestion or
eWriting Lab submission
has been responded to!
Click on “Profile” under
your name, and enter
your cell number, carrier,
and notification
preferences. Click
Update Profile to save
your changes.
After you submit a paper, the most recent submission will be visible from your home
page. You will receive an automated email when your paper has been responded to by
a tutor. To view the response, click the eWriting Lab link.
