NORWALK, CALIF. (June 16, 2015) – Mark your calendars for the two month Summer of Fun
events from June 27 – August 29 at Norwalk Town Square, which is centrally located between
the 605, 5 and 91 Freeway at the intersection of NEC of Pioneer Boulevard and Rosecrans
Avenue in Norwalk.
You’ll want to attend all the events for opportunity to enter the Norwalk Town Square Summer of
Fun random drawing for a change to win $500 and enter the social media contest:
Random Drawing: At each event visit the Summer of Fun information booth to submit an entry
for the chance to win $500. The $500 random drawing winner’s name will be drawn at the final
Summer of Fun event on August 27. The winner, who need not be present to win, will be
contacted by Norwalk Town Square.
Social Media Contest: Norwalk Town Square is giving away$25 per week for the post with the
most likes! Post your picture as you enjoy any of the Summer of Fun events on Norwalk Town
Square’s Facebook, Instagram, or #NTSsummeroffun and get your friends to share, like and
repost. A weekly winner gets $25 from June 27 – August 29.
Gift with Purchase: Bring one or more receipts from any Norwalk Town Square merchants,
which dated from June 27 – August 27, 2015 to receive a free reusable shopping bag.
The Summer of Fun events begins on Saturday, June 27 from 12 – 3 p.m. with the Grand
Opening of the new Norwalk Town Square Fountain, located near Regency Theaters. The DJ
will play favorite summer music and draw names for prize giveaways at the FREE afternoon
event featuring:

Summer Week of Giving July 12 – 18:
Yogurtland at Norwalk Town Square will give each person who supports any of three community
programs a free Yogurtland yogurt and a free Regency theater movie pass.

The August Kids Fun Zone is the finale of Summer of Fun at Norwalk Town Square. The Kids
Fun Zone activities are held on the last Saturday of the month near the Fallas Parades store at
Norwalk Town Square. Membership is FREE for the Kids Fun Zone, which includes notification
of featured seasonal themed crafts and activities. Members also receive a birthday gift and
special merchant discounts.
