MRMC Patient Portal is a secure, private web portal that allows you to access your health information online. Why use a patient portal? Milford Regional Medical Center offers this portal to help you find all the information you need about your health information. Update your health information, including allergies, medical conditions, medications you take and procedure history. Review your visit history, insurance information, allergies and medication history. View your lab results, discharge instructions, radiology reports and much more. You can also use MRMC Patient Portal to share information you choose securely with people you trust, from your spouse to your sister or another provider. You can archive your health record offline and save it in a convenient PDF file. You even have the option of providing an exchange of information to many of your providers’ electronic medical record systems. What do I need to get started? If you are interested in registering for the patient portal, please call 508-422-240 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
