things. If you do, WuFoo will prompt to save the form or you will
lose any of the changes that you have made since the last save.

• Type the name of your form (this will appear in large type) into the
“Form Name” field. Then type any subtext your want into the

• Set Confirmation Options, which include entering any text you want
to appear on the confirmation page that someone will be directed
to after submitting the form. You can also set confirmation e-mail
settings, and customize what you want to include in this e-mail.

page, to open up the Report Manager. Then click on the New
Report button…

your want to import data from.

your want to import data from.
• Click on the Layout Settings (Green #3) box and select a layout. You
can also add a “widget” such as a graph, chart, text, etc. If you do
add a “widget”, then use the Widget Settings (Blue #4) box to adjust
as needed.

provide you with ready-made WEB LINKS that can be copied and
pasted in an e-mail or web page so users can access your form.
So we can try this out, please click the “Via E-Mail” button (bottom left) or
copy/paste the e-mail link and send it to [email protected], where X is
your Region number. You should shortly receive an e-mail from anyone in
your Region who is making a form inviting you to fill it out…

• You can choose a particular entry, showing all fields. You can then
edit, e-mail, print, or delete this entry (buttons on upper right).

• To EXPORT, click on “Bulk Actions” and then on the blue “Export”
button. You can choose to export into Excel, as well as tab delimited
or comma separated formats for other spreadsheet programs.
