2017
The 2017 Nestlé Diversity Leadership Symposium is a 2-day,
intensive business program focusing on a select group of
schools within Ohio. As a student at Cleveland State University,
you are invited to apply! Selected participants will:
• Gain an inside view of careers at the world’s largest food and
beverage company.
• Participate in leader/career development skill sessions.
• Network with business leaders & build connections with peers!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be slated to graduate between December 2017 and
June 2020
• Majors/minors in Business or Engineering preferred
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Résumé should demonstrate leadership AND an interest in
one of the functions offered by Nestlé campus programs:
Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for
employment status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
DLS 2017 was primarily developed for students of ethnic
minority background who are interested in future careers with
Nestlé. However, applications for DLS 2017 are open to all
candidates, regardless of ethnicity, who can demonstrate that
they would make a positive contribution to the diversity of
Nestlé.

Nestlé USA in
Cleveland, OH
Nestlé will arrange for hotel
accommodations and any necessary
ground travel for accepted candidates
living with 3.5 hours of Cleveland.
Any airfare or travel costs beyond 3.5
hours from Cleveland will be the sole
responsibility of the candidate.
