unsportsmanlike conduct is witnessed, I may be suspended from Victory Kid Sports.
PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

I understand that the costs associated with my child’s participation in Victory Kid Sports
are my responsibility. These costs include, but are not limited to registration fees.

events. Children must arrive on time and be picked up on time.

games/matches. If unsportsmanlike conduct is witnessed, I understand that I may be
