REMINDER: You are invited to enter the lottery for the chance to purchase tickets to the 2015
Graduation Gala. The Graduation Gala Tickets Lottery Entry Form closes TOMORROW,
Friday, January 23, 2015 at 5:30 p.m..
Important Instructions-Please Read BEFORE Accessing the Form:

Only students graduating in 2015 may login to view and submit the form to enter the lottery.

Graduating students may enter the lottery to purchase one (1) student ticket at $45 and a
maximum of three (3) guest tickets at $80 each. Georgetown Law subsidizes this event to
keep these prices reasonable for graduates and guests.

Guest tickets are required for all guests; however if you have a guest under the age of twelve
(12) years old that you wish to attend please contact Lisa Maloney in the Office of Student
Life at [email protected] or 202-662-9292.

The form can only be accessed one (1) time using your NetID and password, so be
prepared to fully fill in the form and submit it during this time frame. You will be asked to
enter the number of guest tickets you would commit to purchase (between 0 and 3 maximum)
if selected in the lottery and your Georgetown Law email address for an email confirmation
that the form was submitted.

Selection and Payment: Those selected in the ticket lottery will be notified at their Georgetown
Law email on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Lottery winners will then have until 5:30 p.m. on
Thursday, January 29, 2015 to confirm their ticket purchase by following the link in the email
and making the payment via a PayPal Form. Only Credit Card payments will be accepted. Credit
cards accepted are: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. If payment is not received within 3
days following the email notice, all tickets will be forfeited and offers will be extended to those
on the wait list.

Held at the Donald W. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture in the Robert
and Arlene Kogod Courtyard. Explore the first, second, and third floors of the gallery,
including the Presidential Portrait Gallery, all open exclusively for viewing by Gala
attendees.

Enjoy a festive evening including a dinner buffet, beer & wine bar, and dancing with your
fellow graduates and guests.

Introduce your family and friends to Dean Treanor, Faculty, and Senior Administrators in the
Dean’s Receiving Line.
Graduation Portrait Sign Up Process
Sign-up NOW for this year’s Graduate Portraits! The appointment process has been moved online
to Westlaw TWEN. There is no portrait sitting fee or obligation to purchase the resulting images.
Instructions:
 Login into TWEN then select the “Graduate Portrait Sign-Up” course.
 Sign up for one 5 minute slot on February 3rd, 5th, 9th, or 10th.
 All photos will be taken in the Alumni Lounge, Hotung 2006. Please arrive in Hotung 2006
five minutes early for your appointment time, and remember that the Alumni Lounge is
surrounded by offices so please keep noise to a minimum.
 The Office of Student Life provides the robe, hood, tam, and tassel for your use during the
portrait. Keep in mind that there is a small gap in the neckline between the robe and hood or
hood and neckline, so please choose your attire accordingly. You may also want to note the
exact size that fits you comfortably for when you place your Regalia Rental order with
Jostens for use on Commencement Day.
 Optional: Some students choose to have an additional professional portrait/head shot made
for use on their LinkedIn page or for other professional purposes. Please wear professional
attire if you plan to also have one of those portraits made.
