Kick, Jump, Throw
Goal line kick
Instructions:
Arrange children in to 2 teams, on parallel lines.
The object is to kick the ball over the opponents’ line. The player must kick
from behind the restraining line, and only 1 kicker at a time for each team may
be in between the team’s goal line and restraining line. No hands can be used;
however, children may use their torsos or legs to block a ball from going over
their goal line. A point is scored for each ball going over the opponents’ line.
Once game is known to the children, more than one game can be going on at
any one time.
Safety – make sure the area is big enough for children to kick for power. Children
should be aware of the ball and keep track of it.
