• R1 signals for a fair catch on his own 10
yard line. The ball hits the ground and is
rolling to the goal line were K1 is in
pursuit. R1 blocks K1 from getting to the
ball at the 10 and the ball rolls into the end
zone.

• Double Foul Change of Possession
– Team in final possession must decline
opponents penalty(s) to retain possession
– “Clean Hands”
• Fouls on both teams or multiple fouls on a
team where at least one occurred during a
dead ball period.
– Enforce ALL dead ball penalties (unless
declined) in order which they occur
Special Enforcements
• Free Kick out of bounds untouched by R
– 25 yards previous spot
– 5 yards previous spot re-kick

bounds spot
• Kick Catching Interference
– 15 yards PREVIOUS spot, replay down
