We focus on quality and safety – this highlights the
importance of the Act to clinicians and those delivering care
• Policies and action plans clearly have their place – it
is for the Boards of organisations to ensure that they
are compliant with the Act in this respect.
• Our focus is on quality and safety - By driving the
importance of language in relation to the delivery of
quality and safe services we are ensuring that the
Welsh Language Act is being embedded.
