Europe: Nottingham 2016 European Championships
Asia: WRL Tournament 2017
Americas: Costa Rica 2016 Pan Am Championships
Top 2 from Continental Qualifiers 2016
Oceania: Tonga April 2016
Africa: Namibia African Championships 2016
World Ranking list takes precedence on continental championships.
Guaranteed 1 Place for Poland
Final Entries by 31 May 2017
In case places are returned additional places will be allocated based on the world
ranking list independent of continent
Mixed teams are qualified when a country has a place in both genders.
