When is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1 May 2017 till 31 August 2017.
2.
Is this campaign applicable to all cards?
This campaign is applicable to all RHB Credit and Debit Cards, except RHB Platinum Business
Credit Cards.
3.
Who can participate?
All new and existing RHB Credit and Debit Card(s) (“RHB Cards”) cardmember issued by RHB
Bank Berhad /RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (“RHB”) is eligible to participate in the Campaign (“Eligible
Cardmembers”).
4.
Who are NOT eligible?
The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:
a. RHB Platinum Business Cardmembers
b. Permanent and/or contract employees of RHB Banking Group and their immediate family
members.
c. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of
RHB and their immediate family members).
5.
How do I participate in this campaign?
No SMS registration required. To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, the Eligible
Cardmember is required to meet the campaign qualifying criteria (“Qualifying Criteria”) by
performing the following to be entitled for the campaign entries (“Campaign Entry(ies)”).

7. Do I need to opt in for any overseas or online transaction via my RHB Cards?
I.
For RHB Credit Card, there is no need for opt in.
II.
For Debit Card, you would need to opt in via RHB Customer Care Centre or via any RHB
ATM’s prior to you using for card for overseas transactions.
8. How many entries am I entitled for if I spend RM100 (pay via signature-based) and RM60
(pay via PIN) in 2 receipts assuming for local transactions?

6-Digit PIN.

11. I’m still holding an old debit card without MyDebit logo, how to replace to a new PIN-enabled
debit card?
You can visit your nearest RHB Branch to change to new PIN-enabled debit card at no cost.
12. What if merchant never requested to enter the 6-digit PIN / VISA PayWave / MasterCard
PayPass for my retail purchase by using my PIN-enabled RHB Card?
You may request the merchant to authorize your retail purchase transaction by entering the 6-digit
PIN or by using the VISA PayWave / MasterCard PayPass prior to the payment.
13. Will the Campaign Entries earned weekly be carried forward to the following participating
week’s draw?
No, Campaign Entries earned weekly are not carried forward to the following participating week’s
draw.

14. Are the cumulative spend separated between principal and supplementary cards?
No. The supplementary Cardmember’s qualified spend will be combined together with the principal
Cardmember’s qualified spend during this Campaign period in determining whether the principal
Cardmember satisfies the Qualifying Criteria. Therefore, only the principal Cardmember will be in
the running to get the Cash Back.
15. Is the cumulative spend separated between RHB Credit and RHB Debit cards?
No, as the cumulative spend is via the Customer’s RHB Credit or RHB Debit Card.

16. How many times can I win during the entire Campaign Period?
Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to win only one (1) Weekly Grand Prize or one (1) Weekly
Special Prize and/or one (1) Weekly Special Consolation Prize or one (1) Weekly Consolation Prize

17. How is the winner being selected?
Step 1: Based on the Campaign Entries earned weekly, Eligible Cardmembers will be shortlisted
by RHB’s computerized random selection system (“Shortlisted Participants”)
Step 2: The Shortlisted Participants will receive a Short Message Service (SMS) from RHB at any
time from 9.00am – 6.00pm; from Monday to Friday, containing one (1) question and instructions
to reply, at their latest hand phone numbers furnished to RHB and as maintain in RHB’s records.
Step 3: Shortlisted Participants who responded via SMS with the correct answer and in the fastest
time and correct format as instructed in the SMS sent by RHB in the respective Participating Week
will be declared as the Prize Winners.

18. If I responded to RHB via SMS during the winner selection, is RHB paying for my SMS cost?
RHB is not liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by the
Shortlisted Participant, whether in or outside Malaysia.
19. If I am announced as one of the winners, how do I receive my Prize?
Announcement of Winners will be made on RHB Website at www.rhbgroup.com.my (“RHB’s
Website”) and via SMS within three (3) to four (4) weeks from the date of the relevant winner
selection process and the determination of the weekly Prize Winners.
20. Will I be called if I’m a supplementary cardmember?
No. The calls will be made only to the Principal RHB Cardmembers for both Credit and Debit
Cards.
21. When will the Prize be credited into my account?
All prizes will be credited into the Winners’ principal RHB Credit or Debit Card account which was
last opened with RHB within (8) weeks from the date of the relevant selection process and the
determination of the weekly Prize Winners. In the event, Winner holding both principal RHB Credit
and Debit Card, prizes will be credited into the Winners’ principal RHB Credit Card account.
22. What if I cancel my card during the Campaign Period?
If at any time during the Campaign Period any Cardmember cancel the Credit or Debit Card or
closes the account for any reason, his/her participation in the campaign becomes null and void with
immediate effect.
23. What if I have won and I cancel my RHB Credit Card after I have received the Prize?
In the event any of the winners cancel their RHB Card(s) or cancel the transactions and request for
a refund within six (6) months from the transactions date, the winner shall be charged with the full
cost of the Prize(s).
24. Can I exchange the Prize for cash or other products?
No. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or kind whether in part or in full.
