Adding Club Pass Players – In the Affinity Sports Registration System
(Commonwealth Cup)
Login to the system at by going to http://kys.affinitysoccer.com/reg/index.asp?sessionguid=.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLAYER YOU ARE USING MUST BE ON AN ACTIVATED TEAM IN THE SYSTEM.
Scroll down the page until you see the header called ‘Tournament Applications/Game Scoring’ and click on the link that says
‘edit’ to the right of the team name and event name.
You will then be taken to the review screen from your application, click on the ‘player roster’ tab at the top. You should then
see your player roster; below the roster you will see a button called ‘Add Club Pass Player’ that you will click.
You will see a page where you can search for players within your organization:
When their name pops up, you will click on ‘Add to Roster’. If the player does not populate, please contact your registrar to
make sure they are currently rostered on an activated team in the system.
You will see them added on the page as ‘Club Pass’ and will print and submit that page along with your official team roster.
