Steak-Umm® for One year Giveaway
March 13 – March 24, 2017
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A
PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED BY LAW.
One (1) grand prize winner and ten (10) first prize winners will be chosen at random from
entries received by completing the entry form on www.feedyourcarnivore.com between
March 13th and March 24th, 2017.
The grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 gift card for Walmart™. The first prize winners
will each receive Steak-Umm coupons, redeemable for $260 in Steak-Umm products (fiftytwo $5 coupons). Winners will be notified via email and will have 10 days to respond and
provide/confirm mailing information. If there is no response, another winner may be
assigned.
Contest is open to legal United States residents residing in the United States, eighteen
years of age or older. Employees of Steak-Umm® and members of their immediate families,
subsidiaries, affiliates and their advertising, promotion and production agencies are not
eligible to enter. Entry into this contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Limit
one (1) entry per contest period.
How to enter: To enter, participants should visit www.feedyourcarnivore.com between March
13th and March 24th, 2017. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per household, per day.
Submit your entry by visiting www.feedyourcarnivore.com and completing the form, providing
your full name, complete mailing address and email address for the opportunity to win. All
entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address
submitted at time of entry. Limit one (1) winner per household or address. The winner will
receive an email message from Steak-Umm® or Allebach Communications requesting any
additional information. If a potential winner fails to respond within 10 days, or fails to provide
Steak-Umm® with the requested information within 10 days, or it is determined that the
winner is not eligible to win, the prize will be forfeited and that prize will not be awarded.
This contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
Steak-Umm® is not responsible for entries that may be lost, late, delayed or misdirected,
damaged, illegible, or incorrect. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Electronic
entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible and/or deemed not eligible by Steak-Umm®,
in its sole and absolute discretion, will be automatically disqualified. Steak-Umm®, Inc. is
not responsible for incorrect data, electronic, network, computer or other technical
malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data, nor for
any type of graphical or other error in the administration of the promotion.
In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be declared made by
the registered name and address on such entry. Each potential winner will be requested to
provide Steak-Umm® with proof that such person is the winner. Any other attempted form

of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are
permitted. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE
ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION
MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, QUAKER MAID MEATS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW.
By entering the contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules
and the decisions of the judges appointed by Steak-Umm®, which will be final and binding
in all matters relating to the contest. Winners will be contacted via the provided email
address and also announced via their first name and last initial on the Steak-Umm®
Facebook page. By entering this contest, entrants also agree to have their first name and
last initial published on the Steak-Umm® Facebook page and www.steakumm.com.
There will be no prize substitutions in lieu of prizes other than that described in the contest
rules. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local
taxes and gratuities.
Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or
use of any prize.
Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. may rescind, cancel, revoke, suspend or modify this contest
without liability or notice for any reason at Quaker Maid Meats, Inc.’s sole discretion. In the
event of such cancellation, revocation, suspension or modification, prizes may not be
awarded.
All entries become the property of Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. Winners agree that, Quaker
Maid Meats, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and
employees (the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or
use of the prizes offered. By accepting these prizes, winners agree to hold harmless the
Released Parties for any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection
with the ownership, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and
signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. or its
advertising/media agents may, in perpetuity, use the winner’s name, address, likeness,
voice, image and/or prize information in advertising and other promotional purposes without
any further compensation, payment, consideration, notification, permission or approval.

Souderton, PA, 18964. Requests must be received by April 1, 2017.
By entering this contest, I hereby certify to Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. that I am eligible to
participate in the above-mentioned contest. In consideration for value received, receipt
being hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound, I certify that neither I, nor
any immediate member of my family or household is an employee of Quaker Maid Meats,
Inc. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, have read and followed the rules of the
contest, and know of no reason why I should not be designated as a winner and receive the
prize involved. As stated in the contest rules, I understand that all federal, state, and local
taxes on the value of the prize, which I accept, is solely my responsibility as the prize

winner. I also understand that Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. or Allebach Communications will
issue an IRS Form 1099 (for all prizes exceeding $600.00) indicating the fair market value of
the prize to me and to the federal government for tax reporting purposes. I, for myself and
my heirs, administrators and assigns, do hereby release Quaker Maid Meats, Inc., its
affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, agents, and their advertising/media
agencies or affiliates, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, judgments,
claims or demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, including but not limited to, claims of
personal injury or wrongful death which I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns,
now has or hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or
thing whatsoever to the extent permitted by law. There will be no prize substitutions or
transfers. No purchase necessary to win. In case of a dispute, the decision of the judges is
final. If any statement made by me in this affidavit is false, I agree to return immediately
upon demand by Quaker Maid Meats, Inc., the value of said prize, which has been or may
be awarded to me.
