For Davenport Community Schools we can no longer turn
forms and monies into the schools. Davenport Parochial
Schools may still turn their forms into their school office
provided they have a school coordinator as listed on the
Davenport Parks and Recreation website. Or you may
register on line as well.

Volunteers are needed. Please sign up to coach or school
coordinate.
No refunds will be granted.
Davenport Parks and Recreation reserves the right to
change groupings on divisions if necessary.
Late registration forms and monies can ONLY be
accepted at the Davenport Parks and Recreation
Administrative office. If you are wanting a specific team/
school, call the Administrative office to see if space is
available.
There is no promise of a certain amount of practices. We
cannot honor requests to change teams.

Games will be played on Sunday afternoons at the Davenport
Soccer Complex, 8991 N. Division Street, Davenport
Dads Club emphasizes DEVELOPMENT and SPORTSMANSHIP
***If there is no volunteer coach from your school, registrants will be placed with the
nearest possible neighboring school that has a volunteer coach***
Due to various factors in organizing teams, there is no
guarantee that registrant can be placed with previous season’s coach.

Open to all boys and girls, Kindergarten thru 5th grade in public and private
schools in the Quad City area.
Is geared toward the player, with emphasis on teaching the fundamentals of the

Stresses sportsmanship and the importance of being part of a team.
