Skagit Valley College Mount Vernon Campus.

August 11th-13th – Elite Players Volleyball
Camp – 1p-5p
CARDINALS 2013 VOLLEYBALL CAMP
This summer the Lady Cardinals will be offering two camps
of varying levels with the goal of learning new or
reinforcing skills in a positive, fun, competitive
environment.
Cardinals Middle School Skills Camp ($100)
August 11-13, 2014 – 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Head Coach / Clinician – Zach Calles
Zach Calles will begin his third year as Head Coach for
the Lady Cardinals. He brings a wealth of knowledge
from his involvement with USA Volleyball and Puget
Sound Region High Performance Program. This past
winter and spring, he worked as the Assistant Coach
for the Puget Sound Region’s Women Professional
team, Sound Premier, who finished 10th in the league.
Last summer, Coach Calles was also an Assistant
Coach for the Region’s Select and Youth High
Performance teams.

CARDINALS CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
This three-day (12 hour) camp will begin each day at 8 a.m.
and is open to all middle school students that are looking
to perfect their knowledge and skills in a fun learning
environment. Players will work on individual skills needed
to be successful in a competitive team environment. The
first day will focus on individual skill development before
shifting focus on the second day to positional development.
On the third day, we will put it all together in a super
competitive team environment. Developing skills will be
the focus but competing hard will be the goal.
Cardinals Elite Players Volleyball Camp ($100)
August 11-13, 2013 – 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
This three-day (12 hours) camp will begin each day at 9
a.m. is focused toward high school varsity and junior
varsity players. Players will work on individual skills
needed to be successful in a competitive team
environment. The first day will focus on individual skill
development before shifting focus on the second day to
positional development. On the third day, we will put it all
together in a super competitive team environment.
Developing skills will be the focus but competing hard will
be the goal.
