Roku Streaming Stick Giveaway -- Official Rules
Enter for a chance to win a Roku 3600R Streaming Stick to start streaming your favorite PBS
shows on your television.
1. SPONSOR. Twin Cities Public Television, Inc. (“TPT”), 172 E. Fourth Street, Saint Paul,
MN 55101.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Membership to TPT or payment of any kind is not
necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Purchase of membership to TPT will not increase
or improve your chances of winning.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are at
least eighteen (18) years old. Eligible entrants must submit each entry in accordance with
these official Sweepstakes rules (“Official Rules”). For purposes of these Official Rules,
Individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes will be referred to as "Entrants". Employees,
officers and directors of Sponsor and their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses,
children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same
household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not
eligible to enter.
Entrants must have Internet access. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and promotions
relating to this Sweepstakes, are intended for viewing only within the eligible Sweepstakes
territory. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner of the E-mail address registered that will
be used to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
4. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Your email address will be added to TPT’s eNews mailing list
(sent out twice monthly). To opt out of the eNews mailing, simply click the unsubscribe link
at the bottom of any TPT eNews letter.
5. TIMING. The Sweepstakes submission period begins at 12:00 a.m. C.D.T. on March 1,
2017, and ends at 11:59 p.m. C.D.T. on March 15, 2017 (the "Submission Period").
6. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The value of a Roku 3600R Streaming
Stick is approximately $50 in value. The odds of winning will depend on the number of
entries.
7. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS. By participating in the
Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the
decisions of the Sponsor including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of
entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of the prize, which are
final and binding with no right to appeal. By submitting your name to participate in this

Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that in the event Entrant is selected as one of the winners,

8. HOW TO ENTER. Sign up for the sweepstake at: tpt.org/rokusweeps
Only one entry per person per platform allowed.
9. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT. The potential
winners will be selected in a random drawing.
The winners will be notified via the E-mail account used for submission on or about March
16, 2017. The potential winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification
attempt. Failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of participation
in the Sweepstakes.
10. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Substitution or transfer of prize is not permitted. Prize cannot
be substituted or redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize or any
portion of a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a
substitute prize may be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one prize per person,
per household. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the
natural person in whose name the E-mail account is registered with the account used to enter
the Sweepstakes. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom
the E-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or
other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning E-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address. By
participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants certify that they understand and agree to be bound
by the Official Rules and that they meet the eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the
right to verify eligibility of any potential winner. Winning a prize is contingent upon
fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Official Rules.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen,
unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, or misdirected entries, all of
which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the
malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website,
server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of
any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the
Sweepstakes; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the
offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or
damage to persons or property, including but not limited to Entrant’s computer, which may
be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the
Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s
website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and
regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites by a hypertext link.

12. RIGHTS OF SPONSOR. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any
Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or to disqualify any individual it finds, in its
sole determination, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
Sweepstakes; to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by
cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices; to be acting in violation
of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person.
13. GENERAL RELEASE. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor, its employees,
shareholders, officers, director, agents and representatives from and against any and all
liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising
in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of
or inability to use any prize, rights of publicity or privacy, whether under a theory of
contract, tort, warranty or other theory of law.
14. GOVERNING LAW. All claims in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by,
and construed in accordance with Minnesota laws.
15. PRIVACY POLICY. Any personal information supplied by you to TPT will be subject to
TPT's privacy policy at http://www.tpt.org/?a=privacyPolicy
