Title IV Submissions Federal Requirements Compliance Verification
IV.G.3. An institution that participates in Federal Financial Aid programs complies with Federal requirements
for clock-to-credit hour conversions.
ABHES will affirmatively evaluate whether the institution is meeting the Federal Financial Aid requirements. If
the Commission finds systemic or significant non-compliance regarding one or more programs at the institution,
ABHES will promptly notify the U.S. Secretary of Education.
