PROMOTION CAMPAIGN: “USING CITIBANK ONLINE/CITI MOBILE SERVICES AND GET A CHANCE TO GET GIFTS” TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Campaign Scope: Promotion campaign “Using Citibank Online and Citi Mobile services to get a chance to receive gifts” Apply at: Citiank, N.A. Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Citibank, N.A., Vietnam, Ha Noi Branch (We call “Citibank”) for existing customers who are using Citibank Online and Citi Mobile. 2. Campaign Period: From May 10th, 2015 to December 31st, 2015 (2 days inclusive) 3. Promotion Services: Citibank Online & Citi Mobile services Citibank Credit Card Payment Online. Citibank Online Fund Transfer (“CBOL Fund Transfer”) and Citi Credit Payment online must be performed by customers who have banking accounts with Citibank Vietnam. 4. Transaction means payment Citi Credit Card or does fund transfer via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile. Promotion gifts 50 gifts for program 1/promotion period. Each gift valued VND 200.000 Maximum 300 gifts for promotion 1 in promotion period mentioned at number 2 4.1.2 Eligible customer of program 1: a. Existing retail customer of Citibank Vietnam b. Customer is not Citibank staff. c. Customer is non-US citizen or U.S. permanance citizen. d. Customer does not participate other promotion program in the same promotion period of this promotion program. 4.1.3 Gifts of program 1: Individual customer who satisfies the following requirements will receive maxium 1 (one) gift in each promtion period. Citibank reserves the right to refuse any redemption made after the Redemption Period. - Remdeption will be limited to the maxium number of rewards of each Promotion Period and whole Promotion Campaign as stated in the Ariticle 5. - Except stated at the Ariticle 5.4, gifts can not be exchanged into cash or other rewards. - Citibank will inform eligible customer receive gifts of Program 1 within 20 working days after each Promotion Period on website www.citibank.com.vn 4.2 4.2.1 Program 2: Program “that open CASA accounts and perform at least 1 online Citi Credit Card Payment each month, in three consecutive months will win a gift or gift voucher valued at VND 200,000” Program 2: Individual customer who satisfies requiements (“Condition of receive gifts”) each promotion period as below: Promotion Application Period period (2 days inclusive) 1 10/5/2015 - 31/7/2015 2 1/6/2015 - 31/8/2015 3 1/7/2015 - 30/09/2015 4 1/8/2015 - 31/10/2015 5 1/9/2015 - 30/11/2015 6 1/10/2015 - 31/12/2015 Requirements Open CASA account and perform at least one Citibank credit card payment each month, in three consecutive months on that new open CASA account with minimum value amount is 500,000 VND Gifts 50 Gifts Vouchers of Program 2 per each promotion period. Maximum 300 Gift Vouchers of Program 2 in promotion period mentioned above number 2. 4.2.2 Eligible customer of program 2: a. Existing retail customer of Citibank Vietnam b. Customer is not Citibank staff. c. Customer is non-US citizen or U.S. permanance citizen. d. Customer does not participate other promotion program in the same promotion period of this promotion program. 4.2.3 Gifts of program 2: Individual customer who satisfies the following requirements will receive maxium 1 (one) Gift Voucher in each promotion period. Number of gift voucher of program 2 is 50 gift vouchers for each Promotion Period. 4.2.4 Redemption of program 2 After each Promotion Period, Citibank will contact with Winner Program 2 via post or phone through contact details registered with Citibank. Citibank reserves the right to refuse any redemption made after the Redemption Period. - Redemption will be limited to the maximum number of rewards of each Promotion Period and the whole Promotion Campaign as stated in the Article 5. - Except stated at the Article 5.4, gift vouchers of the Campaign cannot be exchanged into cash other Rewards. - Citibank will inform eligible customer receive gifts of Program 1 within 20 working days after each Promotion Period on website www.citibank.com.vn 4.3 Program 3: Program “100 first customers will get 5 shopping bags for visiting the Branch and enrol to Citibank Online or download Citi Mobile” 4.3.1 Program 3: Customers visit Citibank branch and enrol to Citibank Online on computer of Citibank or download Citi Mobile to your cell phone with Citi bank staff’s instruction or witness will receive 5 (five) shopping bags (“Gift”). 4.3.2 Eligible of Program 3: a. b. c. d. Existing retail customer of Citibank Vietnam Customer is not Citibank staff. Customer is non-US citizen or U.S. permanance citizen. Customer does not participate other promotion program in the same promotion period of this promotion program. 4.3.3 Gift of Program 3 a) Individual customer satisfies above condition will receive maximum 5 (five) shopping bags during Promotion Period. Citibank emplyees will directly give gift to eligible customer at branch when customer meets specifts conditions in Article 4.3.1 above. 5. Other Terms and Conditions: 5.1 Citibank is not the supplier of Gifts of Program 1, Voucher of Program 2 and Gifts of Program 3 or related products/services. Citibank holds no responsibilities for inquires or disputes related to these products/services. Eligible Customer will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of Voucher or these products/services. In case of any inquires or disputes related to the Voucher or such products/services, Eligible Customer must contact the suppliers directly. 5.2 Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse giving the Gift of Program 1, Voucher of Program 2 and Gifts of Program 3 to any Eligible Customer considering he/she does not or refuses to provide Citibank with clear and complete supporting documents or violates any part of these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign. 5.3 Citibank may contact the Eligible Customer via phone number/email registered with Citibank for further information/clarification or additional documents. 5.4 In case of our reasonable discretion, Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to change the Reward of similar value, but should not exceed the value indicated in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions in any case. 5.5 Unless otherwise provided in this Terms & Conditions, Citibank is not liable for any clear or implied agreement or guarantee about quality and conformity of the Voucher. Citibank holds no responsibility in case the Voucher is not redeemed successfully during Program Period. 5.6 Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates will be not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and derivative loss) or any personal incidents incurred from the participation of this Program or from the receipts or usage of the Voucher, or any gift/service, unless liabilities specified under applicable laws. . 5.7 By receiving or accepting the Voucher, Eligible Customer or receiver agrees to ensure and hold Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates harmless against claims, actions, sues, judges, damages, loss, cost which may incur or any liability for Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates in connection with the participation of this Program or receiving and using the Voucher. 5.8 Citibank holds no responsibility in relation to any tax incurred from the Voucher. Any tax or tax return for Tax Agency incurred from the receiving of the Voucher is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer. Eligible Customer himself/herself is liable for consulting with the experts about possibly incurred tax. 5.9 Applicant agrees to allow Citibank using his/her name and image in any advertising, promotion activities without paying any fee to the Applicant. 5.10 Applicant is bound by this Terms and Conditions and any other rules, procedures or instructions which Citibank may from time to time issue and Applicant will also continue to be bound by the Citibank Credit Cards Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions have been written in both Vietnamese and English versions. The Vietnamese version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In case of dispute, Citibank’s decision is final. All complaints of Applicant or third parties related to this decision will not be considered. These Terms & Conditions above are integral parts of the Citibank Product application form submitted to Citibank.
