Skating School at spring show 26.3.2017
When?
Espoon Jäätaiturit spring show will take place at
Espoo Metro Arena on March 26th. There will be two
shows, at 12.00 and at 15.00. The skating school will
also participate in spring show rehearsals at Metro
Arena in Tapiola at 9.00.
All skating school children will perform. At 12.00
show the children whose last name begins with
letter A to M will perform. At 15.00 show the
children whose last name begins with letter N to W
will perform. It is also possible to perform in both
shows if the child wants to. Please inform us using the internet form at the club´s
webpages if your child wants to participate in both of the shows or will not

We hope that the Mintut will perform in both shows.
We need help!
We need parents’ assistance behind the scenes! In
particular the little Tenavat groups need a lot of aid
and encouragement. Please come join us and help
take care of the children!
Volunteers do not have to buy a ticket to the show
in which they are there to help. Registration is

What to wear?
Tenavat (under school aged children) and Adult-Children groups will be
mini clowns. From the skater: bright colors e.g. blue, yellow, green, red… but no
prints, texts or big labels. If you have own clown suit the child can wear it. From
the Club: the club will provide a hat and a red collar for all the children. Adults can
have a funny wig and your favourite clown costume.
Mintut (school aged children) groups will be fire artists. From the skater: red
tights or leotards, red long sleeved shirt, red skirt. From the Club: the club will
provide a vest.
Children can wear gloves and a helmet.
Where?
Metro Areena is located in Tapiolan urheilupuisto, the address is Urheilupuistontie

At dress rehearsal the skating schools meet at 8.40 costumes ready at entrance
“B” (see the maps below). The parents may come and see the dress rehearsal. At
the dress rehearsal the skating school will do its performances first, then
everybody will practice together the final. The skating school will get home at
9.30.
At the first show the children meet at 11.40 with their costume ready at
entrance “B” (see the maps below). The parents must enter at main entrance “A”,
there will be no trespassing from entrance “B” to the rink. The children need to be
picked up right after the second show from entrance “B” at 13.45.
At the second show the children meet at 14.40 with their costume ready at
entrance “B” (see the maps below). The parents must enter at main entrance “A”,
there will be no trespassing from entrance “B” to the rink. The children need to be
picked up right after the second show from entrance “B” at 16.45.
Both Tenavat and Mintut groups will perform in the second part of the show. The
children will see the first part of the show with the skating school instructors and
volunteers.
At the spring show and dress rehearsal the skating schools meet at entrance “B”
(see the maps below):
During dress rehearsal and both shows the children will be taken care of by the
skating school instructors and volunteers in the dressing room. However, children
should be picked up at entrance B immediately after the dress rehearsal and both
shows. There will be no child care between the shows.
How to get in?
The little clowns, fast horses, adorable bears and other performes of the circus
have been practising diligently with ringmaster for the show. Come and see the
fabulous spring show of Circus Espirales!
Ticket sales is now open at the club´s website www.lippuautomaatti.fi/esjt. The
tickets are little cheaper if you buy them in advance. Tickets will also be available
at the door on the day of the spring show. Seats are numbered. Please notice that
you will need a ticket if you want to watch the show in the audience.

The last time for skating schools are Sunday April 2nd and
Wednesday April 5th. The skating school will continue again in
