IOM’s Somalia Office in Nairobi invites Expression of Interests for supply/provision of the

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Company Profile (including the names of owners, key officers and technical
personnel)
2. Company's Articles of Incorporation, Partnership or Corporation, whichever is
applicable, including amendments thereto, if any.
3. Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration
4. A copy of a valid KRA Pin
5. Copy of Valid Tax compliance certificate
6. Letters of Recommendation from three of your major clients
7. Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years
8. Where applicable, Certificates from the Principals (e.g. Manufacturer's Authorization,
Certificate of Exclusive Distributorship, Any certificate for the purpose, indicating
name, complete address and contact details)
9. Quality and Safety Standard Document such as ISO 9001, KBS etc. (if applicable)
10. List of current Clients
Pre-qualification application documents may be obtained either at the IOM website
http://ronairobi.iom.int/jobs or at our Office located along Gitanga Groove, off Gitanga Road,
Lavington, Nairobi.
Canvassing of whatever nature or giving false information will lead to automatic
disqualification or rejection of participation by any prospective applicant/bidder either wholly
or in part.
Duly completed Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope(s)
and clearly marked: Pre-qualification of suppliers, Category Ref No. and addressed to:
