Trouble Shooting Tips
If you cannot log in to Argos:
 Do you have an Argos account? Have you filled out the form at
http://www.apsu.edu/banner/APBanner_New_Request.pdf
 Make sure you have selected Argos reporting (production) from
the http://www.apsu.edu/banner page NOT Argos reporting
(test).
If you are having trouble running a report:
 Is the report in the ‘Academic Departments’ folder? If not, you may
not be authorized to run the report.
 Is the report taking a long time to run? Most times, you should
continue waiting; some reports pull a large amount of data and
simply take longer to run. If the report is suddenly taking longer to
run than normal (more than just once), call Mary Clement 7139.
 Is the report displaying the wrong data about a class schedule,
room, or bldg? Call Louise Mitchell 7126.
