Pirates Adventure Golf Loyalty card
To thank our customers for their loyalty and continual support we
have launched the Pirates Adventure Golf Loyalty Card.
So how does the reward work?
Simply purchase 18 holes of adventure golf at our facility and receive 1 stamp per
customer. Collect 4 stamps and receive your fifth game absolutely free!
On each Loyalty card there are 6 chances to play a free game subsequently after
paying for 4 18 holes games. Please note that Loyalty Card holders must redeem
their free 18 hole game before another stamp can be issued.

Your loyalty card must be presented to the cashier when purchasing your
game so your card can be stamped. The cashier is under no obligation to ask
you to present your card to them at the point of sale. This is solely the card
holder’s responsibility.

Stamps cannot be applied to the Loyalty card after a transaction has taken
place and the customer has left the point of sale retrospectively.

Stamps cannot be transferred from one card to another nor can multiple cards
be used to claim free games.

One stamp will be issued per customer at the point of sale.

Only one loyalty card can be used at a time per customer.

Customers will have their Loyalty card stamped accordingly
Aged 11 and over receive a Red stamp.
Aged 10 and under receive a Blue stamp.
Aged 4 and under receive a Green stamp.

The Customer Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer. For example a customer is not permitted to redeem their free 18 hole
game and use a Golden Doubloon (free game token) in the same transaction.

(The customer Loyalty card will only apply to the Senior Citizen discount
and Student Wednesday offer when it applies.)

Pirates Adventure Golf cannot be held responsible if a customer Loyalty Card
becomes lost or stolen.

The loyalty card is issued by and will remain the property of Pirates
Adventure Golf.

The Customer loyalty card is only for personal and consumer use. Loyalty
stamps cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. There is no cash
alternative.

Pirates Adventure reserve the right to reject the card with reasonable cause.

Pirates Adventure Golf reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion
at any time.

This card can only be redeemed at Pirates Adventure Golf.
(We are a separate company from Dundonald International Ice-Bowl)
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pirates Adventure Golf reserve the right to modify these Terms and conditions at any
time at its discretion (acting reasonably). Pirates Adventure Golf advises that you go
to www.piratesadventuregolf.com regularly to check for updates.

This does not affect your statuary rights.
