CLINIC DESCRIPTION
Focus on individual instruction of hitting, catching, defense and/or pitching fundamentals. All hitting
mechanics will be emphasized with many different drills and hitting equipment. Two or more instructors
per group consisting of AU coaches and players. Different defensive drills will be used in the defensive
camp

** The Advanced Training session is for the serious softball athlete, focusing on
information on how to train using softball specific exercises.
