registration fee (check or money order) payable to “Philly Pride Presents.” The address is on the other side. Do not Fax/Email!
You can now pay your registration fee with a credit card. You can either send in your credit card information below to be
processed or you can call our office, 215-875-9288, Monday thru Saturday 11am – 4pm, and complete the transaction over the
phone. All credit card transactions receipts will be sent out with registration confirmations

What’s included and What Is Not Included for OutFest, Sunday October 12, 2014
(1) Your vendor space comes with one table and one chair! You must leave a security deposit ($25) if you are using one
of our tables and chairs. Please add deposit to your fee, we will issue a check in the amount of deposit and you will
receive it when you return the table and chair at the end of the event. If you are bringing your own table/chair, you
do not have to give us a security deposit. Please check the box on first side of application that you are bringing your
own table & chair.
(2) VENDING SPACE IS ONE SIZE: 10 FEET! If you need a larger space, you can rent an extra 10 foot
(3) We do not supply electricity.
(4) If you would like to rent extra tables ($10 each) & extra chairs ($5 each), do not send money in now for extra tables
or chairs, you have to rent and pay for the extras when you check in, please tell Registration Chair you need extra.
(5) There is no deadline; any last minute registrations received after October 1st will have to be in money order or cash dropped
off to our office or at check in. Your space will come with one table/one chair, you will not be able to rent extra chairs or
tables. You will have to wait until 10am to check in to get your vendor spot.
(6) If you rent a tent through us, it will be set-up in your space by the time you arrive..
CONFIRMATIONS AND CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Confirmations and Checking in Instructions will be mailed out in September. Please do not email or fax in your application
unless you are paying with a credit card. Only Applications with registration fees will be accepted.

Vendor fees are non-refundable should the block party be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather.
Vendor fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel after registration & fee is received

OutFest is a LICENSED AND PERMITTED EVENT
As the organizing committee, we reserve the right to remove anyone from the block party that is not conforming to our
reasonable restrictions. We reserve the right to prohibit the display of any signs, articles or products that in our sole opinion are
not in keeping with the nature and character of OutFest. We do not encourage NUDITY, it is against the law. We have the
legal right to control the message of our events and exclude individuals expressing a contrasting or contrary message
FOOD & ALCOHOL
You Are Not Permitted To Sell Alcoholic Beverages! Food Vendors registered must have a 2014 Philadelphia Temporary
Food Permit and be pre-registered for food sales with Philly Pride Presents to be able to sell or otherwise distribute food, food
products, baked goods or beverages. Food vendors must comply with Health Department food handling requirements. You
must provide Philly Pride with a copy of your Liability Insurance naming us as an additional insured for 10/12/14. If you need
a copy of Temporary Food Permit Application, please notify Philly Pride “ASAP”. OutFest application (food vendors) must be
sent in before August 18, 2014. If your 2014 Temporary Food Vending Health Permit isn’t approved by the health department,
we will refund your money. Again, you must be registered as a food vendor to sell water, tea, soda, juice, cookies, coffee,
cakes, sandwiches, salads, platters and any item considered food. Food Vendors are approved by first come, first serve basics.
You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol to drink during OutFest, the Street Coordinator will close down your booth.
