Moving, Positioning and Fall Management
Supported Learning Programme
Reflective Diary
NAME……………………………………………………………………………………..
ORGANISATION………………………………………………………………………...
1
Aim:
This reflective diary has been designed to help you think about key learning outcomes
at specific times along the programme. Reflective diaries are very powerful learning
aids; they allow you to reinforce learning as well as placing knowledge, skills and
attitudes (KSAs) into the context of your current experience, work environment and your
own personal development. They also allow you to reflect on how you are progressing.
Outcomes:
Completion of the diary will:
 Reinforce and evidence learning from the Supported Learning Programme
 Embed learning into practice within your service or organisation
 Encourage reflective practice with regard to safeguarding and mental capacity
and training delivery
 Identify areas for personal development and your own goals.
This reflective diary should be completed in stages, as you will not be able to
complete some of the questions before attending the facilitated session or
completing the programme tasks.
