ORGANISATION………………………………………………………………………... 1 Aim: This reflective diary has been designed to help you think about key learning outcomes at specific times along the programme. Reflective diaries are very powerful learning aids; they allow you to reinforce learning as well as placing knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) into the context of your current experience, work environment and your own personal development. They also allow you to reflect on how you are progressing.
