Graduate Gap Scholarship Application
Summer 2016
The CNM Foundation, Albuquerque Public Schools, and Central New Mexico Community College have
established the College and Career High School Graduate Gap Scholarship to assist CCHS graduates with
their educational costs for the summer term immediately after graduation. This scholarship is for students
who commit to completing their Associate’s degree or certificate at CNM.
Eligibility Requirements:
 Graduate from CCHS in spring 2016
 Enroll in summer classes for at least 6 credit hours
 2015-2016 FAFSA on file
 Commit to completing Associate’s degree or certificate at CNM
 Complete this scholarship application
Additional Material Required:
Copy of your CNM summer 2016 schedule printed from myCNM (see attached instructions)
Copy of your degree audit (“What If Analysis”) printed from myCNM or from the CCHS Achievement Coach
(see attached instructions)

Students can submit completed and signed application in person to the CCHS Achievement Coach.
Deadline for applications is Friday April 1, 2016.
How to print your CNM class schedule:

Log into myCNM.
Select the “Registration” tab.
Click the link titled “Your Current Class Schedule” (typically located in upper left box).
Select “Summer 2016” from the drop-down menu and click submit.
Print your schedule.
How to print your degree evaluation:
1) Log into myCNM.
2) Select the “Graduation” tab.
3) Click the link titled “Certificate and Degree Evaluation (What-if Analysis)” (typically located in
upper center box).
4) Select “Spring 2016” from the drop-down menu and click submit.
5) Click “What-if Analysis” at the bottom of the page.
6) Select your catalog year (when did you start taking CNM classes).
7) Select your program (major) from the drop-down menu and click continue.
8) In the box titled “First Major”, select your major again (leave the box titled “Campus” blank) and
click Submit.
9) The Evaluation Term should say Spring 2016. Click “Generate Request”.
10) Select “Detail Requirements” and click submit.
11) Print your degree evaluation.
