(i.e. on-campus job, co-op internship, etc.) Yes No File Form 8843 by April 15 Do you have any dependents (spouse or children) and/or “unreimbursed” business expenses, stock transactions or large donations to US charities reported to the I.R.S.? Yes File 1040NR with Form 8843 attached by April 15 (Remember to obtain Instructions for 1040NR) No File 1040NR-EZ with Form 8843 attached by April 15 (Remember to obtain Instructions for 1040NR-EZ) 2. Obtain the necessary tax forms, instructions and publications: Form 1040NR & Instructions – U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return Form 1040NR-EZ & Instructions – U.S. Income Tax Return for Certain Nonresident...
