Attached is the sign-in sheet for the Non- Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, May
28,2008 at 11:0 0 am local time and A Non- Mandatory Pre-proposal site inspection will be
held from 4-4:30 pm, local time on Monday, June 2, 2008 at CNM’s Westside Campus

Delete reference to Exhibit E under criteria II CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY , item i.
3)
CNM is not requiring the renovation to meet any LEED certification but is asking the
architects to use LEED green building concepts in the selection of material and energy
conservation measures so that CNM continues to use green building practices.
Fundamental commissioning will not be a requirement on this project.
