Amendment #3 to RFP-294 “Campus Food Service Program”
This amendment becomes part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original bidding documents
as noted below:
1. Question: Each Café or point of service broken out?
2. Answer: Yes, Reference attached financials.
3. Question: Annualized catering revenues broken out?
4. Answer: No, this is not broken out.
5. Question: Annualized conference revenues?
6. Answer: No, we do not have conferences.
7. Question: Is there summer conference business? Upward Bound, Sports camps etc..?
8. Answer: We have done upward bound for the last two years that has been a separate contract between upward
bound and Sodexho.

Question: Is there any large equipment or small wares that will be removed by current provider if they do not
retain the business?
10. Answer: No.
11. Question: Will there be information provided on current staffing in order to maintain wage and benefit levels?
12. Answer: L80006 hourly rate = 16.22 works 80 hours per week (food service employers are paid equally, they do
not work the full 2088 like staff)

13. Question: Does the contractor need to be PCI-DSS as well as PA-DSS compliant?
14. Answer: Yes.
15. RFP date remains the same Friday, April 2, 2010 at 3:00PM local time.
All other specifications, terms and conditions remain unchanged. Bidders are required to acknowledge
receipt of this Amendment in the space provided on page 22, Section E.
