2. QUESTION:
ANSWER:
The criteria states that fees are 15% of the total score. Does that indicate that
the fees will be used in the selection for a short list of firms or does it
indicate, since the fees are to be included in a separate sealed envelope, that
fees will be used in the negotiations with the most qualified firm after the
short list and interviews?
No, CNM amends the requirement for the price proposal as follows. CNM
no longer requires pricing to be provided in a separate sealed envelope. Price
Proposals shall be included in the Bidder’s main offer, and not supplied in a
separate sealed envelope. All offers including pricing shall then be reviewed
by the Evaluation Committee.
Reference to Section 3.4.2 under Response Format (page 8). Item 2 – Letter
of Transmittal – is this item included in the 10 page limitation referenced in
item #4? I ask because item 4 references only SECTION D for the 10 page
limitation, then it specifically excludes several items, but does not mention the
Letter of Transmittal.
The Letter of Transmittal is included in the ten (10) page limit. This is a letter
is intended as a brief, concise, depiction on why the Offeror believes they
should be selected.

6. QUESTION:
ANSWER:
Has CNM developed any specific uses or needs that the site plan will need to
address? Total build out?
CNM has not developed any specific uses for the site. It is anticipated that the
campus will be phased in 4 phases.
Is there any current infrastructure at the site? If not will a central plant need to
be addressed as part of the master plan?
There currently exists no infrastructure to the site. Dennis Chavez Road
borders the property to the north, but utilities will need to be extended to the
site from existing services.
Does CNM have an existing set of sustainable guidelines?
No sustainable guidelines are documented. It is the intent of the plan to assist
CNM in developing sustainable guidelines specific to this site. CNM is
interested in developing a sustainable campus.
