Amendment #1 to P-321 “Lobbying Services”.
This addendum becomes part of the Contract Documents.
1) Q:
First, on page 7 of 24 of the RFP, the length requirements state that the proposals
should be no more than 25 pages “less” exhibits, does this mean including exhibits or not?
A:
You do not need to include Exhibits in your page count. CNM desires that any Exhibits
in addition to A-D be limited to items related to the scope of work for this RFP.
2) Q:
Also, on page 7 of 24, the requirements state that proposal submittals are limited to
twenty five (25) single spaced pages, but on page 8 of 24 it states that proposal responses to
SECTION D should be limited to twenty five (25) double spaced pages – could you possibly
clarify the spacing requirements?
A:
The requirement should read (25) single spaced pages.
3) Q:
Third, on page 8 of 24, the RFP states that Exhibit D is not included in the 25 page limit,
however, we could not find anything labeled “Exhibit D.” Is Exhibit D the “CNM LOBBYING
SERVICES AGREEMENT” that follows Exhibit C? If so, should we just acknowledge the
agreement or what else might be required in regard to “Exhibit D?”
A:
Exhibit D is the CNM Lobbying Agreement that follows Exhibit C. The exhibits are
intended to identify the contracting documents CNM intends to utilize for award.
