This addendum becomes part of the Contract Documents.
Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment/addendum in the
space provided in Section E: SIGNATURE OF FIRM'S AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE.
Questions / Clarifications as follows:
QUESTION #1: Page 86 of 88 - H. Qualifications: there is discussion within this paragraph that states the General
Contractor will submit a list of subcontractors with qualifications at the time of bid. I wanted to ensure I was reading
this correctly and this is not a requirement of this Step 1 RFQ response but rather part of the pre-construction
activities once a GC is on-board.
ANSWER: The question of qualifications is to provide clear understanding of expectations prior to the pricing
phase of the CMAR procurement process. These qualifications are part of the process, but are not anticipated for the
STEP 1 effort of the procurement process. We would encourage the CMAR vendors to keep in mind the
qualification expectations as we move through the process as this will be considered as a key differentiator in the
CMAR process.

QUESTION #2: Request an un-secure copy of the pdf drawing files. We are attempting to overlay the files in order
to do some site analysis/ planning and are unable to do this with the secured files provided.
ANSWER: Unsecured pdf drawings are not available at this time, but if necessary, we will try to prove unsecured
pdf’s for use in planning and presentation efforts at a later date.
