This addendum becomes part of the Contract Documents.
Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this
amendment/addendum in the space provided in SECTION E: SIGNATURE OF
FIRM'S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
Questions / Clarifications as follows:
QUESTION #1: Wanted to verify the page count for this RFQ, are you keeping with the 20 pages or will that be
waived?
ANSWER: The 20 pages is a request, not a requirement, so if your response is more than 20 pages it will be
accepted. Be as succinct as possible and keep the response focused on the project itself. CNM is not interested in
receiving marketing materials or marketing information.

QUESTION #2: Is there any chance we can get the Programming document uploaded to the website to review?
ANSWER: Responses to this STEP 1, RFQ do not need this information in order to prepare a response to STEP 1
(the Statement of Qualifications). Programming documents and any related Preliminary Master Plan Concepts for
the project may be made available to the respondents who are selected by the Selection Committee to receive the
STEP 2, RFQ documents.
