This amendment becomes part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original bidding documents
as noted below:

2. Clarification: This training is to prepare CNM faculty to become certified Building Analysts so they can
eventually help prepare CNM students to become certified. This training will not include the BPI
certification written or field exam. The training should include review tests to ensure all participants
understand the material.

3. Clarification: Vendor shall be responsible for providing books and any other non-equipment materials
needed for this training, and shall provide a certificate of completion for each participant who
successfully completes the coursework.
4. Clarification: RESNET thermal imaging will not be required as part of the training, the general thermal
imaging course that is part of the BPI approved curriculum will be sufficient.
Reminder: This bid has been extended to Thursday July 23, 2009 at 3:00 PM MDT.
Anyone who has already submitted a bid can resubmit a new bid, if the information contained in
the amendments changes the bid amount.
If you have already submitted a bid and the bid amount remains the same, complete and sign
Section E, Page 8 of the bid document to acknowledge this amendment, and fax it to 505-224-4548,
