Amendment #1 to T-2812 “Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies & Installation.
This amendment becomes part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original bidding documents as noted below:
Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on Page 29, Section E.
Changes, Additions and Clarifications as follows:
1.
Clarification:
Replace page 28, Section D Bid Response Form with the attached REVISED page 28. Line item #68 was added for
Performance Bond pricing. New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax should not be included in your pricing as this is done after
an award is made.
2.
QUESTION:
CNM is asking for 4:3 format projectors and screens, all modern computers are using 16:10 format. Is CNM sure that
4:3 is really what should be priced up and supplied?
ANSWER:
Due to the number of existing screens that are 70” x 70” and space considerations in existing rooms, it was determined
that the 4:3 format projectors and screens are the most appropriate way to go at this point.
3.
QUESTION:
LOT #2 includes screen installation in the supplied scope of work in line item #28 but there are no screens in the parts
list. Does CNM presently have these screens and if so can a complete description be supplied for installation pricing
purposes.
ANSWER:
None of the rooms listed in LOT #2 (MS216, I109, I203, I204, I205, I206 & I207) require screen replacement. Screen
installation is not required and does not apply to this LOT.
4.
QUESTION:
No electrical power is currently listed as a bid item for installation, should we (vendors) assume all power is existing?
ANSWER:
CNM is providing power and data to all rooms.
All other specifications, terms and conditions remain unchanged. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this
Amendment in the space provided in Section E, Page 29. The due date and time of March 8, 2011 at 3PM MST remains
unchanged.
