CLARIFICATION:
CNM intends to award an indefinite quantity Price Agreement to the lowest responsible bidder
based on the initial requirement of license renewals as described in Section D below. CNM
reserves the right to renew the awarded Price Agreement in one (1) year increments for renewals of
items 1, 3, and 4 for renewal years 2 and 3, if such renewal is found to be the best interest of CNM.
See the updated Sections D, E and F forms as attached. Please submit your offers using these
updated forms.
