This Addendum forms a part of the contract Documents and modifies or supplements the Project Manual or
the Drawings as indicated below. All other provisions of the Contract Documents shall remain unchanged.
This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents to the same extent as those provisions
contained in the original documents and all itemized listings thereof. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this
Addendum in the appropriate space on the Bid form.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. A sign-in sheet from the meeting
is posted on the CNM Purchasing website:

PRIOR APPROVALS:
Add the following Manufacturers/Products as acceptable substitutes for the specified item listed, subject to
meeting all specification requirements:
1. Keyed Note 28, Sheet LS-101: Pavestone ‘Eco-Priora’, 80mm, color: ‘Winter Blend’.
2. Keyed Note 29, Sheet LS-101: Pavestone ‘Holland Stone’, 80mm, color: ‘Winter Blend’.
3. Keyed Note 45, Sheet LS-101: The Western Group ‘Living Screen’, custom panel sizes, 3”x3” 10
gauge wire mesh, 3” screen depth, 18 gauge flashing on all four sides, powder-coat color: ‘White’.
4. Specification Section 074213 - Aluminum Plate Panel System: Centria, Proclad E-Panel System.
DRAWINGS:
1. SHEET E-001- FIXTURE SCHEDULE & GENERAL NOTES: ADD GENERAL NOTE “O”,
WHICH SHALL READ: “THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF NEW MEXICO (PNM) BUSINESS EFFICIENCY
PROGRAM AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PNM AND THE OWNER AS REQUIRED TO
ASSIST THE OWNER IN OBTAINING ENERGY EFFICIENCY REBATES.”
2. SHEET E-102- ELECTRICAL PLAN: SEE ATTACHED SKETCH AD1-EL1 FOR REVISIONS
